Established in 1971, the Hedrick-McBride Development Company (HMDC) has been engaged in the design and construction of diversified real estate projects for over four decades in cooperation with the J. H. Hedrick Construction Company. Our projects have included apartments, condominiums, retail, motels, hotels, senior citizen rest homes, restaurants, single family homes, medical buildings and self storage facilities.

HMDC is now in the process of acquiring both medium and large sized diversified properties for our clients and joint venture partners. Prior to the presentation of existing properties to our clients and joint venture partners, HMDC consults with Mack Langston, President of Pacific Coast Residential, so as to provide our HMDC investors and joint venture partners the professional comments and critique of the properties by a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
